We had a great view of the beach, the staff were really helpful and there was a lovely big swimming pool
The sound of the sea and the view from the balcony. Lovely size swimming pool and proximity to promenade.
Suggest that guests are aware of the location. The signs are very misleading from Puerto de Santa Maria.
We requested some infio at the reception (seperate desk for tourist information) how we could visit Cadiz. The service that was provide by the lady was extremly good, complete and helped us a lot. A big 10 / 10.
Nothing special to mention here.
The Hotel was in area where was only spanis people and restauratservices was only hotdod and pizas. We did not like the area at all.
It's a nice hotel. Near from sea and beach ( a five minutes and you are laying on the beach). Hotel has quite spacious parking and comfortable open-air swimming pool. I think the hotel is balanced place with comfort and price.
There are rooms with old furnitures and decorations. The hotel is located near from beach but far from city center and shopping center. To get to city center of El Puert de Santa Maria you have to spend about 20 minutes and about 50 minutes to Cadiz. Of course it is more quickly if you take a taxi.
The pool is great!! Large, deep, separate kids pool, lots of showers, lot of sunbeds, not crowded, shadows for those who want that... Great views from the rooms. Plenty of parking space for those who use their own car. Very close to the beach (100 meters). Easy drive to downtown Cadiz (or use the ferry).
Very noisy entertainment at night. Be sure to ask for a room facing the pool. Expensive breakfast (10 euro pp for nothing special at all). Don't expect anyone from the staff to speak English. The room was not very clean, we found old cigarettes under the table. In fact, it is allowed to smoke in the room..:-( Not good.
Close to the beach and many options to eat around the hotel. Free parking.
Directly closed to beach
Near to beach, parking space, clean and large rooms, nice bathroom.Easy to find, near to Jerez, Cadiz and Arcos.
Near the resort a bit deserted ( in may).
We cut our holiday short by 3 days to escape this hotel - no one commented on our request to leave and did not ask if we had had a good stay. No information about the hotel either verbally on checking in or in the form of a booklet. No hairdryer, no safe etc. Not the standard of hotel we would normally choose. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the area is a bit downmarket for our tastes. I thought I had read good reports but obviously they had come from satisfied people. The only good thing is that rail links are excellent for Cadiz and Seville.
Nice locartion, just in front of the sea and with a lot of restaurants and shops close to the hotel
Triple rooms are clearly to be avoided.
The hotel was right on the beach and the view from the room was fabulous.
The area was like a ghost town and the staff were not helpful for finding some place to eat or something to do. We checked out a night early and left town.
Cleanliness of room and view from balcony over beach and sea was good, nice and relaxing. Glad of the on site parking which helped with transporting luggage and equipment required for days out. Good selection of places to eat and drink close by.
it's a very nice hotel at the beach line. At the reception, they could speak english, but not very fluent. I try to speak spanish, it was easier. i did not see the pool, but i know i saw a board pointing to the pool, tenis court and i guess gym. Close to the hotel you can find all sort of services like typical and general restaurants, bars, nightlife, and you can eat and drink at any time of day. There's a big promenade at the beach line... if you walk enough to the left you can find a nudist beach... :) but there are no signs for that, so, be careful...
Fifth visit to hotel and, as before, very impressed with front desk staff who were always willingly and cheerfully helpful, especially when two friends travelling with us had to leave early for urgent family reasons..
There were many young people stayong at the hotel, some with special needs, and the breakfast restaurant was a free-for-all. Little or no provision appeared to have been made for them. Hot food at breakfast was poor with a very limited selection and no variety from day to day. The scrambled egg was burnt to the pan on two mornings.
